Our orthodontist, Dr. J. Richard Morris Jr., and every member of our team here at Morris Orthodontics believe in being active and supportive members of our community. We love giving back both locally here in Sumner County as well as internationally and are frequently involved in many service efforts, projects and groups.
Giving Service at Home
We appreciate our many patients who visit us for orthodontic care in Hendersonville, Tennessee, and give back to our community by partnering with local groups, clubs and organizations to make Sumner County an even more incredible place to live and work. Our office supports local baseball and football teams, as well as the Hendersonville High School Golden Girls Dance Team dance clinics for students in grades K – 8. Dr. Morris believes in staying active and often competes in triathlons. He has sponsored the Kids Triathlon at the Sumner County YMCA, where he teaches a cycling class.
One of Dr. Morris’ most significant contributions to our community has been through the Morris Orthodontics Volunteer Program. Through this program, patients and their parents can earn a $350 discount on their treatments by providing service in the community. Dr. Morris states that, “Many local families are working hard just to make ends meet, so there’s often little time left for community giving in the form of volunteer work.” He hopes to allow his patients to more easily afford orthodontic treatment as well as donate their time to schools, churches or non-profit organizations of their choice.
